As addition to construction, a complete turnkey solution is offered to clients through its integrated Divisions that manufacture pre-cast solutions, GRC, joinery, renovations, maintenance, external workmanship, landscaping, uPVC and MEP Services.
ASCC is the first Contracting Company in Dubai (Main Contractor) to be certified by LRQA (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) to ISO 9004:1994 Standard in the Quality System in 1999. Subsequently, ASCC has been updating its certification ever since and now have the ISO 9001:2015 in the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 in the Environmental Management System (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) as certified by TUV Nord, Dubai.
In implementing the ISO Standards, Al Sahel tailored a Project QHSE Plan that illustrates the principles and framework required to meet the expectations of the Client and stakeholders. It contains the project organization, QHSE Communication with Planning, Support, Operational Controls, Health & Safety Management, Environmental Management, Various Controls, Incident Reporting & Investigation, Site Security, Performance Evaluations, Audits and Continual Improvement.
