Units & Cells     The company is highly system oriented and has a well-structured setup including the following Units & Cells, with well-defined job functions. These Units & Cells function in unison to form a cohesive body, which ensures the smooth functioning of the Company. The Units are being dealt with as “cost centers” so that they can tackle ASCC works as well as that of other clients, while Cells are basically meant to carry out ASCC works.     UNITS Due to the scarcity of competent subcontractors and the heavy workload that the market is currently witnessing, ASCC decided to develop five independent Units to cover the gap.
