Divisions & Cells     The company is highly system oriented and has a well-structured setup including the following Divisions & Cells, with well-defined job functions. These Divisions & Cells function in unison to form a cohesive body, which ensures the smooth functioning of the Company. The Divisions are being dealt with as “cost centers” so that they can tackle ASCC works as well as that of other clients, while Cells are basically meant to carry out ASCC works.     DIVISIONS Due to the scarcity of competent subcontractors, ASCC decided to develop six independent Divisions to cover the gap.
