Resource Coordination Division (RCD)

Al Sahel RCD is a dependent division created to respond to the booming of the building construction sector in Dubai back in 2016 and the increasing demand for the safest condition. The RCD is providing the following services:

• Resource planning from Tender to Execution, to the handing-over phase
• Scaffolding/Framework design, fixing, and technical support
• Labour Training Centre
• External Workmanship (labour distribution, labour training, and upgrading, labour assessment)
