INTRODUCTION - Quality Cell

Quality cell comprising two sections namely Quality Assurance and Quality Control/Training and responsible for monitoring and control of ASCC Quality Management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 and Project Quality Assurance & Control including Training.

ACTIVITIES:

Review, development and improvement of the company quality management
system in accordance with ISO 9001-2000.

Further system developments related to the quality management systems.

Co-ordination with the external certification body.

Preparation and control over the QMS documentation.

Preparation of internal quality audit schedules and audit checklists.

Supervision of internal quality audit and activities of the auditors.

Implementation of QMS across the company in conjunction with the Managers In charge.

Ensure conduct of management review meetings.

Monitoring of client satisfaction in conjunction with the Managing Director.

Attending to tender and post tender queries related to quality management issues.

Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system.

Evaluating corrective and preventive actions and suggestion for improvements raised by the staff in conjunction with the managing director and relevant staff.

Creating the client requirements and awareness of QMS among the staff through training.

Co-ordinate with QA/QC Engineers to develop test plans and project quality.plans and monitoring of On-site and Off-site inspection activities.
