INTRODUCTION - Facilities Management Division
The Facilities Management Division, formed in the year 2009, encompasses Facilities Management in its broad perspective and seeks to achieve optimum sustainability in the facilities that ASCC manages. This Division is equipped with highly competent staff and a dedicated labour force. This Division is well supported by the other Divisions in the Company, viz., Electromechanical Division, Plant Engineering Division, Interiors Division and the Scaffolding/Formwork Division, in the execution of its activities.

As far as maintenance works is concerned (Defects Liability Period of all ASCC projects), the Division is equipped with refined resources to help tackle any problems concerning the completed projects, round the clock.
