INTRODUCTION - Electromechanical Unit

This Unit supports ASCC in its major projects and has the capabilities to support other main contractors in electrical, plumbing & drainage and air-conditioning works. The Unit has highly competent staff, dedicated labour force and all the necessary tools to carry out the above jobs.

As far as maintenance works is concerned (Defects Liability Period of all ASCC projects), the Unit is equipped with refined resources to help tackle any problems concerning the completed projects, round the clock.

ACTIVITIES:

Design & Cost Estimation for MEP services.

Execution of MEP projects, according to the contract specification and drawings.

Carry out in-house projects, including Civil & MEP works on a turnkey basis.

Offer MEP coordination services for building projects, by liaising with the Client, Consultant, Main Contractor, MEP Sub-Contractor and Authorities for all MEP related services.

Provide maintenance services for executed projects during Defects Liability Period and successfully closing out all the maintenance related client complaints during this period.
