Administration of contracts including identification, submission and finalization of variationsand claims.
Final Account for the project.
Reconciliation of material utilization.
Subcontractor administration (certification of Payment, variation finalization & final account)
Identification of requirement of materials, subcontractors and shop drawings for smooth execution of the project.
Submission, follow up and approval of materials & subcontractors to suit the project specifications.
Preparation of shop drawings and follow up for approval.
Preparation of As-Built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual including follow up for approval.
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule & follow up for approval.
Follow up for delivery of rebar to meet the project requirement.
